The two-day Thematic Workshop on Human Rights, Counterterrorism and Armed Conflict is offered by Professionals in Humantiarian Assistance and Protection (PHAP) and hosted by the Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research at Harvard University. The Thematic Workshop on Human Rights, Counterterrorism and Armed Conflict will combine legal instruction from leading experts, policy discussions and debates, simulation exercises and case studies. Thematic Workshops are open to mid-career applicants with prior exposure to humanitarian affairs who have completed HPCR International's Core Professional Training on Humanitarian Law and Policy. The Core Professional Training and Thematic Workshops constitute two of the requirements necessary to complete the Professional Certificate on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Management offered by HPCR International.
