NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT) is a NATO military command formed in 2003 to lead the transformation of alliance forces and capabilities to maintain and enhance the military relevance and effectiveness of the Alliance. Supreme Allied Commander Transformation is the only permanent NATO headquarters outside of Europe.
